In Wilmington, popular practices book routine cleanings weeks ahead, so call early or ask to be put on a cancellation list; emergency and walk-in clinics are the exception. Across North Carolina, a new-patient exam with X-rays and a cleaning typically runs from about $150 to $350 without insurance, and many offices publish new-patient specials on their websites. Check the listing for hours, whether the office takes your insurance or Medicaid, languages spoken, wheelchair access and parking, then confirm by phone: insurance networks and providers change more often than the listings do.

Wilmington is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Wilmington follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This is a long story shortβ¦. I was involved in a traumatic waterski accident about 35 years ago. One of my front teeth was knocked out and the other lodged into my gums sideways and not visible. After having my jaw wired shut I received a βflipperβ or retainer with a tooth/teeth on it while still healing but the gulf war broke so I left with a promise from the US Navy to fix it and went overseas. It wasnβt until after I got out that the VA made me a bridge that lasted about 10-12 years and was the best fix ever. It looked and felt great and was extremely durable. When that finally gave way I got another bridge from a dental chain, idiotβ¦. When that piece of crap broke I was determined to fix it again but permanently and properly, and did my research as such. This is where Dr. Gould came into the picture. I gave him my long boring history and we discussed every option available that I would be a fit for. As a team we decided on an extraction of a live but beat up tooth, 2 implants, and eventually bridge made of modern dental materials. After a process of a bone graft, a flipper (good quality), implant placement, a good bit of healing, yesterday I received my new temp bridge that

Dr. Gould is the absolute best! I have now had 2 implants completed by him and I am very impressed. The level of skill, communication and bedside manner made both experiences so positive. To be honest the office staff are a gem, the waiting area is nice although theres not much waiting as they are punctual to get you seen as scheduled. Lastly his assistant Ashleigh who assisted him today was friendly and thorough with my discharge instructions. Not to mentioned that they worked well together which made my whole procedure go by very quickly & effortlessly. I would highly recommend!!!

Dr. Gould and his team are fantastic, I highly recommend them. They've been transparent and communicative through my entire time with them. From realistic timelines for treatment to what to expect before during and after any procedure and they're always checking in to make sure you're doing well and don't need anything. 10/10 would recommend!
